About Us

Our History

Autotest Servicing is a specialist automotive test equipment company directed by brothers Ben and Sam Kearns since 2016. Prior to taking-over the company, father and now Consultant Service Engineer, Vince Kearns, established the company some 40 years ago.

Vince applied traditional family values as an integral part of the company’s work and ensured that those values were always part of the company’s business ethos. Strong work ethic, core values and support from his family, Vince built the company’s reputation as a premier service provider for the automotive industry to maintain, repair and calibrate garage equipment. Fast-forward to 2016, Vince asked the sons to take over the company and together the brothers have led the company from strength-to-strength growing the company’s size and reputation across New Zealand as a specialist automotive equipment servicing company.

The brothers continue to use Vince’s business ethos today, which is just one of the many reasons why our customers choose us for their all their servicing needs.

Ben is a Director of Autotest Servicing and has been a Specialist Service Engineer for 10 years. Ben has developed a great rapport and trust with our clients, he communicates and executes installation, training and follow-up of all equipment we are contracted to install.

Vince is Autotest Servicing's Consultant Service Engineer with over 40 years experience in the auto-service industry. Vince is a highly regarded technician. He has a national and international reputation in the automotive industry for his expertise with test equipment, and has developed a fantastic reputation with major suppliers of equipment. As the Autotest Services' lead of internal continuing professional development, Vince has a plethora of knowledge that is second-to-none.

Dr Maria Pozza

Dr Maria joined Autotest Servicing's team in 2017 as the virtual Chief of Information, Security and Communication Office and has a corporate legal background. Maria keeps the team informed on compliance and regulation changes. Maria provides administrative architect solutions and implements internal policies, controls and processes.
