Returns and Refunds Policy
Our 30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns in the following circumstances:
-
The incorrect product was supplied or ordered.
-
The product is faulty or defective due to a manufacturing error.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return freight is to be paid for by you, the buyer, unless the product is faulty, where we may provide pre-paid return postage.
Once your return is approved, products must be sent back to us within 3 business days to the following address:
2/7 Michelle Road Wigram, Christchurch 8042
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:
-
Goods that have been specially ordered for you and are not standard stock items.
-
Custom products or personalized items.
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
-
Sale items or gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
We do not accept direct exchanges. To get a different item, you will need to return your original item for a credit or refund, and then purchase the item you are wanting separately.
Refunds:
We will supply a credit or refund for returned goods only with our written consent and at our sole discretion. Please note that we may charge a restocking fee.
If your return is approved, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
Nothing in these terms or in our returns policy will limit or affect any rights that a non-business consumer may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to consumer goods.
